Personality: Katherine has quite the brother complex. She adores her older brother, Leo, so much she strives to be like him. She used to be a really pleasant young girl, until her older brother's best friend dropped out of Hogwarts and made her darling brother fall into depression. She became less trustworthy, especially towards Leo's friends. Being so obsessed with him, she never really made any friends, in pre-school and in Hogwarts.
Despite that, she is a bright girl and very kind. If you get past all the cold attitude and remarks at first.
Also she prefers being called Katherina, rather than Katherine.

Looking at photo albums
Taking photos

Likes:
Her brother, obviously.
Taking strolls around the grounds.
Animals. Especially ferrets and owls.
All sorts of food, besides sweets. (this breaks her heart because her brother loves sweets and often gifts some to her)

Anyone who acts 'all-mighty'.
People who dis her brother.
People that call her weird.
Arrogant and ignorant muggles, particularly 'bullies'. (Not her father though. He's one of the few good muggles, in her opinion)

Losing her brother, family.

History:
Kathy lives with both her parents (mother - pureblood; father - muggle), her brother already graduated and living in a place of his own(much to her chagrin). She, as her brother, grew up with equal knowledge of the muggle and wizarding world. Kathy only wishes she was slightly older so she could've gone to Hogwarts with her brother. Ever since she was little, she waited eagerly for her own letter, wanting to prove to Leo that she is just as good as him and make him proud. She loved going through all of his magic books. Sadly she couldn't understand a thing, though some of the pictures satisfied her interest. The only people she could tolerate that were not family were two of Leo's best friends. She secretly hopes to find good friends like that. It would mean one more thing in common with her darling sibling.
